Before you book

Our Policies

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and class. It goes toward your total on the day of service.

Cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrival

There is a 15-minute grace period. After that a late fee applies, and after 30 minutes the appointment may be cancelled.

Hair Prep

Arrive with hair washed, blow-dried and free of product unless a wash is booked. Bring your bundles, closure or unit.
